its not that bad, just a little drop here and there (and no, its not from having anal sex) It usually comes after I go to the bathroom, but its not chronic, what do I do? Is there a lotion that I can use or something.
I read somewhere about home remedies and something involving Crisco? I know that sounds stupid.

There is no lotion you can use for this!! There are several reasons this could be going on. The worst, cancer but I am guessing you have a small tear and due to using the bathroom you keep tearing it. It takes a few wks to heal those. If you are pushing or having problems it makes it even harder to heal. I forget the medical word but go to WebMD and they will tell you the medical word for what I am explaning. I am sure it starts with the letter F

It's still something you should speak to with your doctor. If your bowls look like coffee grounds you need to go ASAP.

Hope this helps :)

Are your poops hard and/or irregular? You may have little rips from unloading freight trains instead of a regular "movement". Take time out daily to get things out more often. Take a look at your diet and make sure you are getting enough nutrients, including fiber and water. Stress causes these problems too.

Home remedy? I use Crisco to cook. You have to be careful what you use in that area.. Go with warm baths..you need to soak your bottom for 5 or 10 minutes. It really does help - try them daily, if you can, for a couple of days. And keep the area clean after you do your job. It is an open sore...which can create infection. (Have you seen those flush-able wipes?) The important thing is to take care of your output issue...you have to cure the cause...and don't rely on stool softeners forever - you have to look at your diet and stress level.

If this is a constant problem, you really do need to see a doctor. Don't let the possibility of dropping your drawers keep you from the calm of finding out it is nothing more than fissures or even hemorrhoids. When I had that issue, they didn't look...they just told me what I'm telling you. Better safe than sorry.

I don't know what Crisco is but it sounds as if you have haemorrhoids; there are other things that could cause rectal bleeding and I would go to see your family doctor for a consultation. You should not leave this too long as it may be nothing very much but it could also be serious.

Sounds like Hemorriods...but could be anal fistulas.. so you need to make and appointment (not the ER) with your dr and have him take a look. YES he needs to look.
