Nope. He's not gay unless he loves and is attracted to other men and no longer is interested in women. Alot of inmates have homosexual sex with each other simply because they can't have women. If they were to get out of prison most would likely go right back to women and have no interest in men. Therefore they aren't gay. But if they decide that they like men over women, that would make them gay. They just don't have that option in prison. Just because someone engages in homosexual acts doesn't make them homosexual.

"gay" is just a label.
Usually, medical types will use pursuasion based on
what a person will do given the opportunity. If a person
will willingly have sex in prison, but ordinarily has sex
with the other gender, then he would be "Bisexual".
Certainly if a person is forced to have sex because
of some sort of pecking order in prison, then that isn't
really changing what he or she WANTS to do.

Yeah, but I don't blame him! With NO CHANCE OF PAROLE? Man, as a straight woman, I LOVE MEN, but you better believe that if I was in that same position: in prison with NO CHANCE of parole, I'd be doing some serious "BEAVER-BANGIN" myself!!! HELL YEAH! Why not? EVERYONE needs LOVE...=)

It doesn't make him gay. Besides have you ever heard of conjugal visits with his wife or girlfriend? He doesn't have to go without for the rest of his life.
