It's OK with me, if it is OK with the judge who has to sign the court order to permit your legal name change in most states. (Some of them do NOT have a sense of humor--and if you do not have a good reason to change your name, if it is only for frivolous reasons, they might give you a hard time,..or even deny your petition. )
