A couple of different chip-makers could be good: MRVL...BRCM
The cold snap has boosted oil: CVX, OIH,SLB
Mining and materials: RIO, PCU,
Latin American utilities are unbelievable: SBS, ELP
... and I've had luck lately with SKS ( high-end retail)...VPHM ( pharmaceutical)...CVA ( waste management that turns the "waste" into "energy")....SZE ( a French water co.)

All the stocks that I own. If you buy them now, they'll be good for me when I go to sell them. :-)

Seriously though, you need to do your own research. What exactly do you mean by "right now"? Are you looking to buy today and sell tommorrow, or buy today and sell 3 years from now? Those are very different questions and probably will get you very different answers.
