DRY BRUSHING:
This will open your clogged pores and aid in elimination.
Get a natural-fiber brush the size of your palm. Simply brush your whole body (except for your face and, if you are a woman, your breasts). Do this for 5 or 10 minutes daily. Do not brush hard. Start gently and work your way up to a more vigorous brushing. Do not "scrub." Do this while your body is completely dry, not oiled or damp, but dry. Start with your hands, in between the fingers, arms, underarms, neck, chest, stomach, back, then legs beginning with the feet. It is invigorating and your skin will glow.
Then, jump in the shower and bathe as usual. All of the dead skin is washed away. Pat, not rub, your skin dry, and apply a light moisturizer after you shower.
Clean the brush with soap and water every week or so to keep it free from skin debris.
