weight loss i am looking to lose 25lbs in a month or at lest 15lbs would be great.
female 5'4" 168lbs

168 lbs for a 5'4" female is some weight.

In fact weight loss can be easily achieved unless one is fond of food. That's where people get into trouble. Follow the following diet and routine and you should see yourself burning calories out.

1. Breakfast... mostly with greens and fruits. Do not consume muffins, cakes etc.,. Less oily content. Black Tea.. no coffee.. no sugar.. no cream/milk.

2. Lunch - Eat whatever you want but less fat related stuff. No drinks such as coke etc.,. Even diet drinks are not going to help you. Best is water.. else lemon tea (no sugar, no milk/cream). No hurry-burry fast food. That can really fill you up with calories.

3. Light dinner.... add a lot of veggies and fruits. If needed black tea....

Compliment the above with lots of water...

When you get time do a lot of walking...

If you go to a health food store, check out the cleanses. Do a 1 week or 10 day. Prepare properly! Im not a physician but many people can tell you how to prepare for a cleanse. I tell you you will lose weight and itll change your life.

difficult if not impossible without surgery. also dangerous to try it. when you go without food, the body will adjust to the new caloric intake so you will not be losing much weight. three to four kilos a month is a better target.
