People are allowed to be jerks. It's not a crime. Making threats like "I'm going to kill you", that's a crime. Wishing you were dead, not so much. Threatening to make you an incomplete man - that's a crime. Merely stating an opinion that you are an incomplete man - not a crime.
Unless these text messages are being sent so frequently as to be considered harassment, you probably are SOL. That being said, I have no experience with "Indian" penal code.
My best suggestion would be to call your carrier and have her number blocked and to grow some thicker skin. People are mean and rude. She's probably not the first, and she's certainly not going to be the last.

Unless you want to really prove this person right, it is best to ignore the message. Calling in the DA is only cause you embarassment. Unless you think there is a real threat to you and those around you or the harassment continues, I say be a man and laugh it off.
Save the message and any future messages from this person to establish a pattern of harassment if you do take it to court. Realisticly, the DA's office will put it on a low priority unless there are death threats. File a restraining order if you feel you must.

Start with local police , then detective , then district attorney , or the equivalent in your area. If the behavior is actually criminal they should deal with it.
If it is a civil matter , you will need a lawyer.

a million. call up ur provider carriers help line and record abuse. they're going to difficulty a caution to the sender (via his / her huge style). If it nonetheless keeps then 2. call up your community police station and sign in a criticism. 3. call up Cyber Crime cellular and sign in a criticism. they're going to decide on the issue for you.

i dont think going to the police or law will help in any way.
basically i dont trust that the law can do justice to people IN TIME.
so, u think of other means to get back.
or best, just ignore them.
