If you followed all the instructions I think it is unlikely you are pregnant. It is true stress does effect your periods. I used to be as regular as clock work, then I got stressed and things went very wrong, in the last 18months I think I must have done about 4 pregnancy tests out of paranoia. Things are evening out now but at the time you take a test convince yourself you must be pregnant cause you could set your watch by your period and then its negative and you don't believe the test. Wait a week if your really 3 days over its unlikely the test is wrong, I always tell myself wait another week and sure enough that other week never gets there cause my period comes. I know its hard but wait chill out. If your not pregnant and this starts to become a regular thing see your doctor mine was great had blood tests and examination, helped put my mind at rest. Good luck x

She should see the doctor. Even if she's not pregnant, other medical conditions could cause her period to be late. So can stress. So calm down for about a week. If there's still no period, test again, and have her go to the doctor either way...there are worse things than pregnancy that could be preventing her period...or it could just be weight loss or an irregular cycle. Best to get it checked out though.

THe pregnancy tests are not always accurate. The next step is to have a blood test. Keep in mind a late period does not mean pregnancy. It is sometimes normal to be late like that and sometimes a woman could even skip a month.

It's better to be safe than sorry, have her take a blood test, that is the most accurate. Sometimes when we take the urine test it shows negative because not enough of the hormones are being detected in the urine.

she could just be late for other reasons like stress, lack of sleep or even a change in diet. most likely she isnt pregnant if shes taken 3 tests. but if she still wants to make sure then she should go to the doctor and have herself checked out. ive been through the same situation every time and i always worry about being pregnant and every time i take a test i always get my period a little while after it. but theres many reasons your period can be late besides pregnancy.

well are you guess really stressed about her being pregnant because if she is that could be stopping her period from coming. stress could delay a period for up to a month. if you guys have taken three (GOOD) pregnancy tests and they have all been negative then you guys have to stop fretting over it and she should really relax. that may be a major reason as to why her period has not come. if you guys really need to release anxiety then go to the doctor if it'll help but they'll only give you the same pregnancy test you would buy from a pharmacy. don't worry and tell her to stop worrying, it really could be ther eason to her not getting her period on time.

Go see the doctor, pregnancy tests can be wrong, I took 4 that all came out negative even though I was pregnant.

Even though she may not be pregnant, it's still best to get things checked out to make sure it isn't something else causing her to not have her period. I had polycistic ovary syndrom when I was 19 which caused me to not get my periods for 15 months

She's not pregnant. The doctor uses the same test strip to test for pregnancy that comes in the kits. She might be late due to the stress of worrying about being pregnant.

Doctors use the same type of pregnancy tests as the one you buy in the store!! If she has very regular periods, wait a few DAYS and then take another test. (Make sure she does them first thing in the morning, when they are the most accurate!) If her periods are irregular, you're just freaking yourself out!

well if she's skipped a period and the test are negative tehn most likely she's not but just to be safe wait another month and if she still doesn't get her period call the doctor or take another home test. She could just be late because of her diet, stress , just about anything

Wait till her period is 2 weeks late then test again. No point in paying for a blood test.
