Can anybody tell me why we lost . is it because it was a frindly and we did not like to win, case we upset Spain
or could we blame the ref, or the nutter with the big drum .

I hate to admit it, but England are just no good. not only the managers but also the players. the players should get out of the EPL and try to play in other leagues, it helps in term of experience and how you handle other style of play. i think this is the biggest problem, thats why they cant play against other countries which style of play is different from the EPL.

Put simply, English league football is not possession - based. It emphasises speed and power ahead of ball retention. Hence, the deep pattern of defeats in big knock out games at World cups and European Championships.

We did't deserve to win this game or any other. There was no guts, no spirit and no pride. Why pay these fairy's any money at all. Maclaren and that useless heap of hang-on, venables (or should it be(clingon) are both CRAP. Not worthy of there jobs.

i blame myself for subjecting myself to it i would have preferred the Japanese raindrop on the temple much more enjoyable than that

well, i never put my bet on England though... but they showed to me last night, why they never win any silverware again after that '66 glory...
