I am looking for a new phone and I have sprint. I heard they were supposed to be coming out with a phone similar to the sidekick. If not then does anyone know of any cool phones that I can use on the sprint network.

I got Sprint, but if my contract is up in 18 months then I will switch to Cricket or a Pocket phone. By then they should have a a decent PDA or I might spend the money to get the unlock code for mine.
Take a look at the cricket and pocket phone companies. For just local service, if they are in your area, they are great. In Texas, for $37 Flat rate a month, you get UNLIMITED minutes, UNLIMITED text messaging, free long distance, caller ID, 3 way calling and one of two more things. But if I had not wanted a PDA i would have gone Cricket. They have decent phones but then you never have to worry about excess minutes too. Just a flat $37 plus tax. Oh, I forgot. NO CONTRACT. Check them out when your contract with Sprint expires. I will. Sprint service sucks and I let the operators know it everytime I get on line.
Hope this helps. Remember the cricket and pocket are just local and not as great a coverage as the other phones now. But in time they will expand.

They have a pocket PC like the sidekick and the Q. They come out with new phones pretty much every month. Did you look on their website?

they are actually trying to bring a couple new phones so i would wait for the next couple weeks and see what's up. Most of the phones that sprint has are relatively new with a few exceptions...mm try going to your nearest store and check out their phones or just go to www.sprint.com and check them out...
if you want a comparison between the phones, then go to www.phonescoop.com there are a couple phones in the market like the sanyo m1, the samsung m610, mm krazr, the fusic is relatively new, mmm the samsung m500...those will be my top choices, oh yeah and of course the razr...it all depends on waht featurs you want and how much u want to spend.

I honestly think that Sprint/Nextel is the worse wireless phone company period. There customer service sucks. Anyways, even if they do get new phones, they would be very expensive.
