Please see a urologist as, without an exam, there is no way to know for sure what is going on. However, it may just be Peyronie’s disease. Peyronie's disease involves forming a lump on the penis...usually on the upper side....that hardens over time. In the mild form of the disease, the lump will go away on it's own in 6 to 15 months. However, if you have a more serious form, the lump will eventually affect the penis' fexibility and cause the penis to bend during erection causing you incredible pain. It would be best to see your urologist to be diagnosed so that you find out if you have Peyronie's (and if so which form) or if you have something else going on.
