Well he decided to do it when New York told him he was too white and wouldn't sign him. So what better way to look more white than look like the perfect people in Hitler's eyes (blonde hair and blue eyes) it is just his since of humor.

I guess it is the same reason why women shave off their eyebrows off and draw it back .... even with a different eyebrow pencil...sometimes they look surprise...what is going in with people fashion senses.
