Halite.
Halite is crystals of sodium chloride, or common table salt. It is a single mineral. The others you mention are aggregates of various minerals, clays, fieldspars, quartzites, whatever was in the sediment.

Halite is the only one of those which is a single chemical compound. It is, of course, salt.
