Chelsea was always pretty protected by her parents while Bill was in office. She seems to prefer living a normal life to having media scrutiny.

she graduated, not married, but she is definitely taking over as the "slacker" Clinton now......drinking a ton, screwing up in the public eye......not making it a good run for her mom to be the next president.....
she cant use the excuse that she is young because she will be 27 in a few days......she needs to get herself together.
