I have found the easiest way to divide fractions is to invert the divisor. This is only one of 2 ways to do it.
ex: 3/4 divided by 3/10 = 3/4 X 10/3 = 30/12 = 2 6/12 or 2 1/2

To multiply, change both numbers to an improper fraction.
ex: 1 1/9 times 1 1/8 = 10/9 X 9/8 = 90/72 = 1 18/72 = 1 1/4

(3/4) divided by (3/10)

Is the same as

(3/4) times (10/3)

{In essence, when dividing fractions, it's the same as multiplying and flipping the *second* fraction.}

The way we can cancel terms is that we can not only reduce up and down, but diagonally as well. Notice that the 3 in the first fraction is on the top, and the 3 is on the bottom in the second fraction; they each cancel out to 1, and our fraction becomes

(1/4) times (10/1)

Notice how the 4 and 10 have something in common, too; they have 2 in common. Divide each of those by 2.

(1/2) times (5/1)

Now, multiply normally, to get

(5/2)

Which is in its simplest form.

when you divide, it simply means that you multiply the second fraction by its reciprocal...in other words...
3/4 divided by 3/10...simply means
3/4 * 10/3 --->now multiply straight across
30/12 --> and simplify into a mixed fraction or leave it improper whatever the directions tells you to do...simplified form would be
5/2 --> divide the top and bottom by the common factor of 6, a mixed fraction would be 2 and 1/2

now to multiply fractions in this current form.....
1 1/9 means 10/9 and 1 1/8 means 9/8 --> now set them up
10/9 * 9/8 --> and multiply across...
90/72 --> yes this fraction is factorable, 5/4 is the simples form, common factor is 18, mixed fraction form the answer would be 1 1/4

3/4 divide by 3/10 take the reciprocal of what is being divided by so it would be 3/4 * 10/3 = 5/2

the second problem set the fractions to improper so you get 10/9 * 9/8 =5/4
hope this helps
sorry i dont know any websites

Do it this way:
3/4 // 3/10 = 3/4 x 10/3 = 10/4 = 5/2

1 1/9 x 1 1/8 =10/9 + 9/8 = 10(8)/9(8) + 9(9)/8(9) = (80+81)/72
= 161/72

(3/4)/(3/10)=(3/4)(10/3)=10/4=5/2=2 1/2

1 1/9=10/9
1 1/8 9/8

(10/9)*(9/8)=(10*9)/(9*8)=10/8=5/4=1 1/4

3/4divide by 3/10= 3/4X10/3(that's how it works, we just switch the numbers upside down)= 30/12=10/4=5/2

11/9X11/8=121/72

I hope this helps.:)
