I realize that when you shop somewhere or frequent a certain store that you expect good, friendly service. I do.
However, there might be some things going on that we don't know about. You never know when there might be something terrible going on in that persons' life.
And let's face it...what a monotonous, demanding, stressful job!
I know they are expected to be so much friendlier, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt. They are human. Anyway, I get a headache just shopping in Wal-Mart, nevermind if I worked there!
Good ruck and Happy shopping.

Walmart used to have good customer service at one time. Now they are so big, it is like it doesn't matter anymore. Even most of their employees don't care about cs. I'd rather spend a little bit more money elsewhere and be treated decently.

My son worked for Walmart for six weeks; that was as long as he could stand it (after he'd held other jobs for MUCH longer, even in high school).

I refuse to shop at Walmart now, unless I REALLY need something and (literally) NOBODY else has it, even if it means I have to travel and pay more.

I never go to that Wal-Mart, (I don't live near there) but I'll tell you what I did at my Wal-Mart. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. Tell him/her what happened and if you know the person's name. If you don't remember it then just tell them what time it happened and what department you were in. When you go to the top with something like this, it usually works!
