You may get a lot of good Yahoo answers, but for a question like yours, I think a doctor is who you should be asking. And by all means, take the list of suggested vitamins along to your visit with the doctor and discuss which ones are good and which ones to avoid. I would like to think most people mean well when they answer serious questions, but ya just never know nowadays... Good Luck.

#1 - Go to a Fertility Clinic vs your regular Ob/Gyn.
They will focus like a laser on getting you pregnant.

#2 - Make the lifestyle changes you need. Are you overweight? Stop drinking coffee. Join a gym (and go!).

#3 - join a message board like this:

lots of women with lots of info for you

Centrum vitamins are good right now - make sure you get Folic Acid.

don't think about getting pregnant often time a women will get so over stressed that it will keep them from being able to. it took me 6 months to get pregnant cuz thats all i ever thought about. don't think about it, just injoy the way u get one in the first place, try getting lots of rest, and don't over work yourself the more relaxed the body is the more likely you'll succeed. try flinstones chewables they have everything and alot of women get sick from prenatal vitamins, try soft romantic settings, relaxed is the way to go..
