Have had the turtle for about 2 weeks and his eyes became swollen so bad he can't see. I have been treating him with turtle eye drops for a week now. Is there anything else I can do??

He needs heat and natural spectrum light.
Thats a fungus on his eyes and VERY treatable.
Bet he "scratches" them too right? With the back of his "paw"?
Quick fix is to take him out for some natural sun, but you'll need to eventually buy the right kind of lighting and heat so his immune system will never allow it to return.

Umm with aquatic turtles like red ear sliders, you should already have a UV lamp with light which is to be bought for a pet store and a part of the tank for him to climb up on to bathe in the light for ATLEAST 8 hours a day or else its shell will soften and it'll die. Puffy eyes are usually the first sign that a turtle is sick or ill. It could be anything from feeding to its health in general. However, commonly it is the water condition. You need to change at least half the water once a week. Since it hasn't had much light... a calcium block and water conditioner for turtles would help a lot.

Here is a good link for this: http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/Care/medeyes.htm

The problem is usually either dietary (Vitamin A) or water quality (dirty or too chemical-filled), but may be due to other reasons.

Step 1 is to review the basic care of the turtle. Try the care sheets at http://www.austinsturtlepage.com or http://redearslider.com for solid advice. You might be surprised that many of the recommendations are different than what you've been told from other sources.

Step 2 is to fix whatever caused the problem. Better water quality and/or diet are big steps. The right temps and UVB lighting will help greatly as well!

Step 3 is to actively treat the swelling. If it might be vitamin A, you can try the oral drops. Your vet can also administer injections of Vit. A, or if the swelling is due to an infection, a good antibiotic.

Turtle eyedrops are usually a waste of money (as are 'water conditioning blocks' and a lot of the other junk at the pet shop.) They are simply not dealing with the actual issues involved.

the turtle most likely has a vitamin A deficiency, which is quite common in captive turtles. You can treat them with oral vitamin A drops or your reptile veterinarian has an injectable too. You need to feed a varied diet in the future to prevent this.

take him to the vet as soon as you can, I had a turtle with the same condition, i treated him with eye drops, soaked him in special turtle sulfa dips that you can buy at stores, his eyes cleared up, but they weren't as clear as a turtle's eye should be, he wouldn't eat anymore, and he eventually succumbed :(
I don't want your turtle suffering the same fate, nor do I want you to see your turtle gasping for breath like i saw mine =(

Take it to a vet if they are not getting better.
