Is only physically being with someone cheating or would you consider having emotional feelings for someone else cheating as well?
This does not relate to a personal issue..I'm just curious what other people think.

I consider both cheating and i'd say emotional cheating is worse.

I consider any physical contact or overt flirting to be cheating. At some point, everyone has feelings for someone other than their partner. That's part of being human. Nature didn't intend for us to spend our lives with one person. We're supposed to sleep around in order to keep the gene pool nice and deep. But love has a way of overriding nature. It seems these feelings are more often lust than love and they usually pass.

Many layers to that question. Some people believe emotional cheating is worst that physical cheating. I believe you have to have an emotion before you commit the act!

Cheating is cheating whether it's physical or emotional. It's very hurtful to the person that is being cheated on. I would NEVER consider cheating!

I think emotional attachment is cheating too, because if you are with someone in the first place, it is because you have an emotional attachment to them. And you can only feel such a way for so long, before "bad" stuff happens, such as getting caught, leaving, hurting others' feelings, etc.

I think emotional ties with a person of the opposite sex whereby confidences are shared is cheating,contrary to some beliefs,eating is cheating !!

I think it would depend on what the significant other being "cheated on" would think.
I have friends whose wives think that going to a bachelor party, and seeing another woman nude, is cheating. Personally, I think that any physical activity with another partner (kissing, touching, etc.) is cheating.

If you start telling someone or sharing more with someone than you would your spouse... that is emotional cheating, and yes it is bad.
Physical cheating: kiss on the lips and beyond.
Either way I would be pissed lol

when you betray anothers trust in you, that is cheating
when you hurt another through that betrayal, that is cheating
if you get involved with someone outside the relationship emotionally or physically, that is cheating, because your partner had enough trust in you to believe that you could control yourself and stop the situation from getting worse but you chose not to

I think both. But more physicall. I think its discusting If your with someone and you gave a word in teh begigining that u will stay true than i think people should keep the promise! It's not fair to the otehr person you know?

i consider if a guy is hanging out or out on a date with another girl tht is cheating you don't have to sleep with someone else to consider it cheating
