If you are using Original Version of Windows Xp you can connect to internet go to update.microsoft.com or click the Windows Update button and it will show IE 7 in the list of available updates check it and click install.

If you are using a Pirated Copy of Windows XP try to get the setup file of IE7. You can try to download from internet or go and buy some computer magzine and you will get IE7 on the CD's DVD's that come along with the magzine.

Still stuck get back to me.
