No, it doesn't bother me at all... and for many good reasons:
1. Most bugs die off in the freezing temperatures that we get... meaning that I don't have to worry about avoiding spiders the size of toddlers when driving (from what I hear at least).
2. It makes 55 degree weather really enjoyable to us, where as constant warm weather can thin out your blood making that kind of weather too cold for you.
3. I hate warm days... it gets too warm for me at least.
4. SNOW
5. SNOW DAYS

Today I went to the town near me and there were no traffic jams or lines at the grocery store, I didn't get flipped off when changing lanes on the highway or street and nearly everyone I met whether I knew them or not said hello to me. Do you hate to hear things like that?

yes, and I think it's very inconsiderate of you to mention it, BUT if I was where you were I'd also be bragging it up. I'm in Saskatchewan, Canada right this very second, and it's a balmy
-32 degress without the windchill. But things will be looking up in March, my husband and I are going to Cuba, and then.....I'll be warmer than you, well unless we get some sort of freak storm of some sort.

Not really --- though here in Canada we've had so much snow that we closed the schools for the day. When you live in a city like mine, its a rarity.
