Where can I have women's pants custom made in San Francisco Bay Area?

The new styles just do not fit me well and my old dress pants are falling apart because I wear them every day. I want to have a few pairs of pants custom made to fit me perfectly. Prefer a place in downtown SF, Berkeley, or downtown Oakland.

levi's on union square did custom jeans at one point...not sure what other pants they do.
