If you know the health insurance can cover you then yes. You need to ask your dad about getting you on his policy. Then you need to ask for the policy information and have an adult read it and explain it to you. If your parents are legally separated or divorced the court can order him to cover you and your sister if necessary. If it costs him money, then it might reduce his child support amount.

Good luck.

Many insurance plans are designed for local coverage and emergency when you travel. Check if there are clinics or doctors in your area that are in the same health network. And it depends on the plan, you may have to pay a lot if you keep using services that are out of network. He is paying big money in your case.
