no , but there are no rooms numbered 13 nor 13th floors in most buildings. triscadecaphobia isnt getting to me.

When you're hospitalized, you don't get a choice of room number. Unless it's a small town country hospital (even then most doctors would send you to the big city), room numbers always start at 100. So it would never happen to begin with.

It would be kinda creepy but 13 is also considered to be a lucky #. I don't think I would object.

No...I worked in an ICU that had a bed 13, and it didn't seem any more "unlucky" than the other beds...
