I'll have to disagree with the 1st Answerer on this one.

When the velocity is zero, there is no kinetic energy. You'll need to think about when that is true (lowest, highest, and/or center point?)

When the mass is at the equilibrium position, the potential energy is zero. Which of the 3 points you listed is the equilibrium position?
