My!Real estate attorney pushes me to cancel the deal and buy a different house when the sellers have done everything I ask? Is he tryiing to get paid for 2 cases? or my best interest? he keeps saying the seller will drag out and then cancel at the end . but isn't that why I have him

if you want to buy the house then by the house.. if its the deal you want then go for it.. why let your attorney decide which house you should buy? there jobs is just to make sure you understand the terms of the contract and your interests are being protected... if you are clear on the terms and accept them then close the deal..
