The most important thing is to respect and trust yourself. When you love yourself, that confidence radiates from the inside out. No one outside of you can truly validate you. Respect others, and most will do the same to you. Show that you are worthy of trust (actions speak louder than words), and people will trust you.

First respect & trust urself. Respect ur elders, seniors, this will authomatically gain u respect and trustworthy from others.
