I had severe gas when I was pregnant,too.
You can take a really high quality yogurt every day to help balance out the flora in your gut, and you can also take Beano.
Try not to eat really gassy foods like broccolli and cabbage too often, also.
Fart when you hafta!

i am 12 weeks and have found softdrinks with lots of bubbles helps me. coke seems to work the best for me.

just fart. i do. Its not like you can hold it in. People know your pregnant. What are they going to do about it?

or if thats to embarassing, make your way to a bathroom.

Gurl just let it flow... thats part of pregnancy... i had that problem to... Try cheese lots of cheese... good luck. i wouldnt do any medicine....

best thing to do is just ask your doctor/ ob-gyn. they would have the answer for you.
