Black person just a good reason to whine about something and act like white people are picking on the Black people. The tune is getting old and quite pathetic. For the terminally confused, I am of course referring to Bush saying Obama is articulate and the Black rights nuts going up in arms against a compliment because it was given by a white to a black. Who's the racists here. Get a life already. Was it rude? Blacks only please.

I just heard it from my daughter a little while ago. I am not hashing anything. I don't care about color. I think he is articulate and clean. He dresses smart and carries himself well and is frankly just hot. I voted for Rick Perry just for having good taste. you don't always here what is being said when someone looks so good.
They know this and you better read their eyes and find their real angle rather than just buying into what ever they ARE selling.

It isn't whining IMO, it is a power struggle. It's a test at every possible opportunity to act oppressed and gain more and more ground. It is legitimized organized crime in action.

I'm not black, but I'm going to answer your question anyway. First of all, you're mistaken about the so-called insult. The word articulate means well-spoken, a command of the language, and the ability to express one's self accurately and intelligently. The insult given was by another candidate, and it was unintentional. What he said was something about Obama being clean, which he meant as a compliment, but it didn't sound right. He immediately apologized for the slip of the tongue. No, it wasn't rude or meant to be rude. The only problem is that people who don't understand it, are trying to make something of it. You're the one who needs to get a life. Why not campaign for Obama instead of crying over something that never happened. I like Obama, and I think he has a good chance for the presidency, but let's forget about the racial issue -- that has nothing to do with his qualifications. Judge him by his merits and not by his skin color. And don't ruin his chances by hashing over some stupid remark.

It grow to be a praise given and deliberately blown into the unfavorable percentage. Why , is a gorgeous good question. Had Al Sharpton , reported that, no you'll even word. Senator Biden spoke highly about Obama and did not should be shot down. Senator Biden did not insult Obama.

Bush? Articulate? It's a wonder he can even use the word in a complete sentence! That's funny!

You are so right. Some people can make an issue out of anything, and they will.
