I'm a teen, and I like Celine Dion and Whitney Houston and classical. Music that my peers might enjoy more include Beyonce and Nelly Furtado who are okay; I like some of their songs, not all. Black Eyed Peas and Outkast have some good songs though none recently. Weird Al is hilarious. The real question is, what are you into?

I listen to a TON of Video Game music, get the right type and it' great. The best I've ever heard. Here's a cool website to try out:

Don't write it off just because it's video game music, a lot of it's excellent. If you want me to tell you of some really cool soundtrax, P.M. me and I'll tell you some good ones.
By the way, 99% of all video game music I've ever listened to is curse-free. The only word I can recall is, "sucks." A lot of it is instrumental too. The cool thing bout video game music is that, without lyrics and being in a video game, it tells more of a story through the music than a singer. But there are some excellent vocal tracks also.
