if a person only has one eye is it still called blinking or are they winking?

It is called blinking~~need two eyes in order to wink with the other eye.

A wink would be to purposely close one's eyes. That's different from blinking. You only need one eye to wink....

I think it is still blinking. If he was winking he'd have to make that little stst noise with his mouth, and his eye would close all the way.
