Does anyone know anything about blue orandas. I have 2 that I have had almost a year, the one is huge about a good 8+ inches long and fat and the other no more then 3 and tiny. They were the same size when we got them. Could the smaller one be a dewarf (if there is such a thing) or what. And if you know of any good sites please let me know, I havent found a site that tells me a lot about them. All I am going on is what I know for taking care of goldfish and koi.

There is no such thing as a dwarf goldfish. There are many causes of stunting though, which can be linked to water quality or genetic/health defects. A great website about goldfish is goldfishparadise.com

No, the water quality cannot be a factor if one in this situation because one has grown fine. Usually, when one fish is larger then the other its because one eats more of the food than the other. What size is the tank also? If its a smaller tank then maybe one is being "stunted" (Not growing because lack of space). Stunting is not good either because it causes the fish to not live as long. But I wont get into the specifics.
As for websites on Blue Orandas, I did find a small page on them, here http://www.giveusahome.co.uk/allpets/fish/blueoranda.htm
Hope I helped :)
