Can I take a picture with you?

Can you take a picture with me?
which is right? and which is wrong and how?
I think first one is right and second and third are somthing wrong...
my mother tongue is not English so please tell me

-This is wrong because you could take a picture with someone, but the phrasing doesn't exactly imply what the picture would be of.

-Again, this is wrong. Someone could take a picture of a sunset with you. The phrasing doesn't specifly what you'd be attempting to imply.
Can I have my picture taken with you?
-This is correct, though the grammar is a bit incorrect. You establish that you are going to be in the picture, and that you want the person you're talking to, to be standing next to you when the picture is taken.

First one is correct. Second and third would mean that you want to take a picture of something else with that person. The first option gets you and the other person in the picture together if they say yes!

Any one of those would be acceptable especially if your not a native tongue speaker of English. But, if you are really wondering the best way to ask would be this way, " Excuse me, May I take a picture of the two of us?" It sounds polite, and to the point.

The first one is correct. You could also say something like "I would like to get our picture taken", or "can we get a picture of us taken?"

You are correct, the first form is best, but to be completely correct, you should say:
May I have my picture taken with you?

You're asking permission. Can just means "is it possible?"
