People do that all the time. Some people will also claim that their 10 year old is nine to save on tickets and dining as well. If you are going on the dining plan, it is well worth spending the money so that she can eat off the child's menu. It is only $11 a day.
As long as she doesn't look very big for her age, you should be fine. I wouldn't recommend it, I would spend the extra money to be on the safe/honest side, but it happens all the time at Disney, and many other places. If you think you can get by with it and need to save the money, then it is the way to go.

I really agree with the first answer. People do this all the time, and of course it wouldn't be the honest thing to do but if you can get away with it, all the better for you. You should be able to do it, because honestly, who can really tell the difference between a 2 year old and a 3 year old? And how many more rides will a 3 year old be able to go on than a 2 year old? Not that many more. Have fun!!

The only problem I see is if your 3 year old knows that they are 3. You might want to coach them a little bit. But of course even if they do say that they are 3 you can just say that they will be 3 on their next birthday and that they are really excited. I was always afraid to try. My daughter has known her age since she was two and very proud of it.
Good Luck,

Sure, why not....apparently alot of parents don't mind teaching their kids that it's ok to lie.
