Eyebrows help keep moisture out of our eyes when we sweat or walk around in the rain. The arch shape diverts the rain or sweat around to the sides of our face, keeping our eyes relatively dry.
-Protecting the eye
-Catching sweat or rain
-Facial expressions

They are for protection. To retain the sweat from your forehead and prevent it from falling into your eye's (yea right) and to (in theory) provide extra cushion should you fall on your face.

keep dust and sweat out of ur eyes and we use them for expressions when talking (getting mad, surprised etc, you move ur eyebrows)

they are a guide map for people to see your eyes...otherwise they might get lost on the top of your head...
