i was never so dumb in hs. they just seem to not have any appreciation for living in a good country?

I think their heads are too high in the clouds over boys, girls, crushes etc.

All of the above. So you've grasped the highschool maturity, you're entering college maturity, which, by the way is very similar to the stupidity of hs. Once out of college you'll go through a whole know revelation about life, and i understand it it keeps happening in one form or another until you're dead. Teens-you think you know everything but you don't know jack. 20's-you think you know everything, more than the teeners 30's-you realize you don't know jack 40's-You realize your life doesn't mean jack 50's-you don't care, jsut have a good time 60's-your loved ones take over all meaning 70's-you're just happy to be around 80's-you don't give a rats *** what matters to anyone 90's-the afterlife is what matters 100's-senility matters BTW-I'm only 29, if it matters. i still don't know jack, but I still think I do. In any event: Don't be the kind that gets stuck in the past. I knwo a few and it's very very sad.

I wouldn't say they're dumb, as much as their world-view is so LIMITED!! In high school, it was all about getting in with the popular kids, making fun of the dorks and generally being an uncaring follower.
I'll tell you the high school kisd who are stupid: those spoiled, vapid brats on "My super Sweet 16". They all couldn't die soon enough for my tastes! I wonder why this show keeps getting renewed, but that's for another day...

I would not go as far as to say they are all stupid. I believe that most are spoiled .We live in a society where no one wants wait for anything and bigger is better. I feel alot of these kids just think everyone and everything should cater to them. BLAME THE PARENTS REARING FOR THESE KIDS.

Hey, come on, not all of us are stupid! I do admit, sometimes we are a little immature, but its all just hormonal, and we'll soon grow out of it. lol
What do you mean by not having an appreciation for living in America? I have never once in my life complained about living here.

I don't think that there are stupid, some kids need attention and that there way of showing it other follower, then you have some that have parents that don't care. It start at home no action taken home it result in something bad

I don't think kids are necessarily dumb. They are in the process of learning and that takes time. We all learn from our mistakes.

that is just how we roll. we are here to be kids for those last few yeas that we have as teens. pleez give us some room after all we are growing up!
