My boyfriend and i are wanting to have a nice valentines (nothing crazy). We want to stay in a free kind of range though because of some financial issues we've had recently. Just something sweet mostly just something fun we can do together.
We can't really do a romantic dinner at home because we have a roommate who will be here.
Also we're trying to take the weather into consideration because of a medical condition he can't take the cold/chill very well.

Any ideas? just something simple and fun

We live in texas between dallas and fort worth, please nothing sexual we can think of those on our own thanks

How about a sweet, romantic movie?! Just cuddle up on the couch with eachother, a blanket and some popcorn.

Plan a nice night out when the financial issues are better and it's not so cold for him.

I know that my ex and I used to celebrate the day after because I always worked in a restaurant and couldn't get the night off but it worked out well. Valentine things are cheaper the day after and it's a lot easier to plan dinner reservations. Something we loved to do was go to the Melting Pot. Very romantic and intimate.

I think the weather hints at snow for Wed., so I would plan close to home. Check and see if there is anything free at UTA that night that you might enjoy. It would be a large group of people about your age that also don't have any money and I wouldn't assume you have to be going there to get in.

I can't find my Friday Startime (star telegram) but they sometimes list free things to do, if you can find someone who still has the paper.
