My greatest fear is of not making anything of myself. As I get older I've come to realize that as long as my 2 children grow up to be reasonable, caring and responsible adults, I will have accomplished the greatest thing any person can hope to do.

Even though I am scared of everything, I would have to say my greatest fear is coming home from work to a "Dear John" letter from my husband telling me what a waste of his time I have been for the past 5 years. That scares the crap out of me.

My greatest fear, is one of my children or my wife dying before me. Children should NEVER die before their parents, it's just perverse. And my wife, selfishly I admit, I don't want to go it alone.

Going to Hell and being damned for eternity into everlasting fire and brimstone and being shown a flashback of my life with scenes reminding me of the times I would've escaped hell by avoiding sin and its near occasions but chose not to do so out of my own free will thus showing me that I have no else to blame but myself. Finally, the worst moment would be saying farewell to those who persevered and took pains to take care of their souls rather than indulge in their passions and then seeing them being led by the angels and our Lord Himself towards His Kingdom where "...eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, what things God hath prepared for them that love him." (1 Cor. 2:9)
