The best color would be in the purple family or the gold family....try doing a mixture of both, you can do all over gold tones or like a light brown and then do the crease of your eye and the corner closest to your ear, as if you were doing a smokey eye. Most people think smokey eyes needs to be done with black or grey makeup, however, that is more for night time look...some very inexpensive makeup can be found online at
http://www.eyeslipsface.com everything is 1.00.... I know sounds too good to be true...I have almost everything from there and tons of MAC too...MAC is for more bold looks....highly pigmented colors...you want something more subdue for the daytime...and there are some great colors there too...Almay also make those to match your eyes colors...they can be found at your local drugstore or walmart. take a look at http://www.eyeslipsface.com/elfshop/products.asp?dept_id=1004&bag_id=&kit_rec_id= silver lining is the color I am talking about...there are also some great make up tips there and some how to create diff. looks too!1!

Browns, golds, purples would look nicely with the eye and skin tone you describe. I have a friend with this coloring and she wears these shades all the time. Go to a makeup counter in any dept store or Sephora where you can actually try these colors on before you buy it. You don't even have to buy it all there (it gets kinda pricey) but it will give you a general idea.

1. Put light shiny beige eyeshadow under the eyebrows.
2. light light green on the lid of the eye only half of the lid
3. put dark green eyeliner and draw on the edge of the upper lid abbove the eyelashes without making like cleopatra
4.between light beige and light green put dark green eyeshadow limiting until the eyelif fold line.
5.smooth it each colour alone without mixing
6. put white eyeshadow below your eyes ( not too much)
7. Put blue mascara
Enjoy!

Pink for the entire eye area, Cream for just under your brows and dark brown in the crease of your eye and the outer 1/4 of your lid. Why? Pink is the opposite of green so they compliment eachother. cream under your brow gives you a highlight which extends the hight of your eye and the dark brown makes your eyes look bigger and because its a darker brown, when people see the brown and they look at your eyes they will see that the brown is not the same color as your eyes which are green thus making your eyes look greener.

Hey there, I once did a makeup on a girl that had same eyes color as you. There is magic you can do with "glacier" white eyeshadows and liquid eyeliner... Check photos of her and you will see what I mean ...
