Let him sleep. I hate when my husband wakes me up for that. Maybe guys are different though.

Well, if he's anything like my boyfriend and gets a hard-on when he sleeps, I'd say wake him up. Or, if you're really that into the mood, then I guess wake him up. Other than that, don't.

Wake him up-if you let him sleep and then tell him tomorrow that you were in the mood he might not like that too much

I wake up my husband and he enjoys it as long as he is able to sleep for a few hours, but he doesn't dare do it to me or I won't respond in a sexy way, lol.
