Try a different browser. Internet explorer always gave me problems!! Try firefox or flock. I like them way better.

try this one shot solution, open Internet Explorer Click Tools at the top of the page and click on internet options and it opens the internet options window, click on the advanecd tab and look for "Enable Third Party Browser Extension" if it is checked, uncheck (no harm in doing it) and click ok and restart the system and try using Internet explorer, that should fix the issue.Good Luck.
