Omg!! Yes Rasheed Wallace by far!! The guy is a beast and he is SO talented and I cant put it past him-But his attitude...he complains and whines so much it isnt funny-Why do you think he gets so many T's!! He whines to the officials-I wish I could like the guy....but I cant-not until he recieves an attitude adjustment*

rasheed wallace, you have to work hard to get a record for technical fouls. Kobe, honestly isn't that bad. He goes out there and plays. in fact, he's the team leader...so i don't know where people get that he's a baby.

Many fans don't actually see it, but Tim Duncan is the biggest complainer in the L. He's not just as exaggerated as Sheed or Sam I am, but he's constantly at the refs questioning calls. It's as if he doesen't get any calls his way.

Tim Duncan. Watch him. What's really annoying is when you're watching and he gets tapped, looks at the ref and stars talking and seconds later, they blow the whistle. It happens a lot. He gets his way a lot and that's annoying.
