The gestation period for Mollies is 28-30 days. The temperature of the tank can alter this by several days, warmer means faster.

Mollies have live births, not eggs. They can hold babies for up to two months. The females can also carry sperm so that in the absence of a male they can have babies yet for almost a year.

Depends on the fish.

Since you said she's pregnant, I'd say she may be one of the few species of fish that live births.

If you check your local library (or do an on-line search for reproduction cycle of the *breed* and species of fish), you can probably find all the info you could want.
