I placed a deposit on a mobile home, and the realtor is pressing to complete the contract. How much time does a buyer have?

Depends on how it was defined in the contract.

Take a look at your contract, somewhere it will say close of escrow- this is the estimated time for the close. Sometimes there is a minor hang-up and all parties will be informed by the escrow officer. Just take a look at the contract and you'll have your answer.

Your purchase agreement should state when you are to perform. Look at the purchase contract to see what the two of you agreed upon. A mobile home is not considered real estate, it is like buying a car so real estate law would not prevail and as always any transaction period is the agreed upon time frame by both parties
