I'm too embarrassed to say. It was just a few days ago.
I was locked in a train of thought about something else and asked a question in a completely different way than I intended. I asked it in such a way that the answers I received were something I already knew.
I added details and sent email to those I could to apologize for my folly.

I've been in the computer industry since before God invented Bill Gates. I didn't know what "LOL" meant until about a year ago and had to look it up. No kidding.
I was too busy working to join forums and sent few emails outside the very formal environs of work.
Those I do send to are like me and don't use it at all, except my nutty sister-in-law. Just about every other word is followed by "LOL". You should see some of her email. I go nuts trying to read it.

I have been given some better than one, letme inform you: a million- In my wedding ceremony, while the priest asked Are you particular you opt to take this guy as your loved one husband.... (nicely, what else am i able to be doing status in front of the priest with a white gown and a church crammed with ppl? Are you kidding me? i could have stated, No, I spent an outstanding sort of money in this gown simply by fact I felt like looking surprisingly this night????). nicely no ofense for any physique, i be attentive to it is the conventional question to be asked at weddings, I only discover it too redundant. 2- Are you dozing? nicely, i grew to become into yet as consequently you i'm totally awaken now .... lol 3- Are you particular you didnt acquire my digital mail?? tell me the actuality... you in no way sent it, did you? 4- at a club: Do you come right here often? C'mon dont you have something extra imaginative to assert? 5- at a job: "we are able to call you to permit you be attentive to, the two for a sure or a no". (somewhat???? lol)

well....I work at a sub shop and this lady called in and ordered a sub w/everything and peppers on the side....then she said....xtra lettuce too. so I said on the hoagie or on the side? I thought since she said peppers on side then xtra lettuce she meant xtra on the side too.she just about dropped the phone laughing! thankfully we realized we knew each other when she gave her name. she still makes fun of me everytime she calls in an order. (and yes! I am blonde!) I'm not sure if you meant question asked on here or in general? ha! that was a pretty dumb one too!!
