you should know the purpose of sending the card is to show that you care and also to make the person happy.
if you had the money and know just what to write to the person, just send it. make sure to make it special..and awesome.you can be the best thing in the person's life. TRUST ME

I think you defiantly should! If I had a secret admirer I would TOTALLY love to get a card from them! Actually, I have always wanted a secret admirer, but haven't had one yet. So, please do give her a card, I know I would LOVE one from someone!

i say yes it is always nice to get a card from someone that person or persons not might get one otherwise, make the card short and sweet not to mushy, don't give them any ideals
