There is no specific law that states flirting but for your benefit don't let it go past that. The consequences on what could happen would depend on your age. If you where in high school it would cause legal action against your teacher because parents leave their children in the trust of their teachers. If that trust is broken then that is jail time for the teachers not to mention losing their jobs. If you are out of high school than there may not be legal action but the rest would still apply. My advise, flirt elsewhere if you can.
