Like he/she can be attractive, curteous and whatnot. But after looking at how they interact, you think to yourself; I don't think he's/she's really that hot; I don't think I could live with that quality of his/hers for the rest of my life. Is it conformity or compromise that someday turns into love?

Please elaborate...

I think you're judging how couples interact solely from your standard of how they should interact. It's your perspective, and granted you're entitled to it, but from your perspective there is no way you're going to objectively see the foundation and basis for the relationship people are in.

Maybe you hold your partners to an ideal that necistates a conformity or a compromise on your part, but that is not everybody. When I love, it's unconditional, and I think both of us are able to retain our individulaties in doing so. Obviously there's disagreements as there are in any relationship, and smoothing those over sometimes requires a compromise, but life is nothing if not learning. Who you are and what you think at a given moment is not necessarily correct, and in a healthy relationship two perspectives should be able to be shared and maybe the truth comes closer to being realized through a compromise. Does the compromise yield love? Absolutely not, but compromise has to be part of a successful relationship.

Love should not happen "someday" in a relationship...You are a very superficial person to think love is based on what is on the outside...How old are you to ask this question? Don't you have any idea what love is?

I see that every day. Couples that say nothing to each other through the checkout line for instance.
