What Should I get my Cousin for her Sweet 16?

Nothing too expensive or extravagent...but what is meaningful for a sweet 16?

if youre REALLY pressed for money, a toy car would be a funny gift. you could say "we always knew youd get your dream car on your 16th birthday" a more sentimental gift would be a doll which could signify her last doll because now shes grown. or you could just give her money, all teenagers like that.
