A girl thinks a guy is "HOT" for more reason then the looks. He also has to have a good personality and not have that "player" attitude. What I first notice on guys are their eyes, and if they are genuine or not.

I cant believe no one said it yet but CHARISMA, all the really hot guys I know are very charismatic, there are plenty of good looking guys that cant hold up a conversation but the really hot ones are charismatic
